    Meet the Leader
    18:00 to 19:00 CET
    12:00 to 13:00 EST · 09:00 to 10:00 PST

    Live lecture followed by Q&A with an industry leader.

    Thursday
    Office Hour 1
    18:00 to 19:00 CET
    12:00 to 13:00 EST · 09:00 to 10:00 PST

    Lecture discussion + Q&A with the BA team, past-lecture recap, and short participant presentations.

    Friday
    Office Hour 2
    10:00 to 11:00 CET
    16:00 to 17:00 CST

    Same format as Office Hour 1, timed for other regions.

    Extra sessions layered on top of the standard week.

    Week 1
    Onboarding & Introduction

    Introduction and networking session for all participants.

    Week 6
    Networking sessions

    Two live sessions (10:00 & 18:00 CET). Connect with participants and alumni in 1-on-1 and thematic breakout rooms.

    Week 11
    Career Skills session

    Two live sessions (10:00 & 18:00 CET). An HR & recruitment specialist from the battery industry shares best practices.

    Week 12
    Round Table & Graduation

    Round table debate with leading battery and energy experts, followed by the certificate ceremony and programme wrap-up.

    Alongside the cohort

    Optional
    Mentorship Programme

    Two 1:1 virtual meetings of around 30 minutes each, connecting like-minded people to support the career path.

    Review past lectures for reference for additional information on topics of interest.
